How to consign:

1. All the dresses chosen for Vona Bride Consignment are no older then 3 years old and are either new or worn once. All dresses must be dry-cleaned and free from any stains or rips. Please email us (yourgown@vonaa.ca) pictures of your gown front and back, if you can find pictures directly from the designers website great. Also please provide: year of purchase/purchase price without alterations/designer name/color/size/new or worn/what alterations were done/dry-cleaned/any flaws.

2. We will review the details to see if the dress will fit with our boutique.

3. If we decide it will fit, we will contact you to book an appointment for you to come to our boutique. We will determine a fair sales price with help of your original receipt. Generally we discount a “worn once” dress by 30-50% and “never worn” dress by 20-30%.

4. Once the dress is priced we will place your dress on the rack. A contract will be written for a period of 9 months entitling you to 50% of the sale of the dress. Once the dress sells we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.

5. If the dress is not selling we may discount the dress by 10-20% per your approval. If the dress does not sell within the nine month contract period we will contact you to arrange a time for you to pickup the dress. If requested we may review the option to renew the contract.
